MISSION

TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION

In the third millennium, it would be utopian to say: “let’s stop the world”, “let’s go back to how things used to be”, “let’s stop consuming”. This would be impossible also because of the absurd laws that govern the economy and modern life. Being part of the 15% of the world that consumes 80% of resources, we should worry about the lack of resources in the future, i.e. when the rest of the now-developing world will be able to afford the same lifestyle we now enjoy, existing resources will just not be enough for everyone. This is why Valcucine promotes the use of technologies aimed at a diminished consumption of raw materials and energy during production and utilisation.
