Light tends to modify colours and in particular the colour of wood. Differences in colour between a new product and one already exposed to light must thus be accepted. New elements tend to become more similar to older ones in the course of time.

This guarantee does not include appliances which are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.

Our guarantee does not cover the glass parts of appliances. These will be covered by the guarantee of the appliance manufacturer.

To clean wooden surfaces ecologically, we suggest you use the detergent inside the maintenance kit. As well as guaranteeing a natural cleansing action, the detergent also has a protective action on the wood.

Pour a quantity of soap equal to a cap of the container (approx. 15 ml) into half a litre of warm water, clean the wood in the direction of the grain using a soft cloth without an even pressure all over the surface.
For particularly stubborn stains, use the product undiluted. Once finished, the soap can be bought from any Valcucine Retailer. Alternatively, it is possible to use other cleansing products commonly found on the market or products specifically designed to clean oil-treated natural wood.
Clean oil-treated wooden surfaces with non-aggressive, non-abrasive products that do not contain alcohol, solvents or thinners that may damage the protective layer of oil.

The guarantee is valid for 2 years but can be extended to 5 years by sending the marketing questionnaire back within 30 days from the date of purchase of the kitchen.
