Because they can be slightly absorbent, Valcucine applies a special water- and oil-repellent treatment to all natural stone surfaces, enhancing their resistance to stains. To maintain the effectiveness of this treatment, it is advisable to apply a transparent stain-protective product specifically designed for natural stone at least once a year, available from our authorized dealers.
