Located within an expansive property in La Mancha, in the province of Albacete, this residence stands out thanks to the material warmth of this wooden kitchen and the interplay of intersecting volumes that further emphasize the strong and pure lines of its\u00a0architecture<\/a>. The architectural design of the villa was created by the\u00a0Alcocel Barrachina<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>studio, also situated in the municipality of Almansa. It represents a harmonious fusion of\u00a0wood<\/a>\u00a0and glass.<\/p>\n

The kitchen, a result of the collaboration with our Spanish partner\u00a0Valcucine Madrid | Estudio Kroma<\/a>,<\/strong>\u00a0occupies a spacious area of over 70 m2, connecting the large living area to the outdoors. It is surrounded by wide sliding glass doors that fill the space with ample natural light, seamlessly integrating with the outdoor terrace and pool area.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0kitchen design<\/a>\u00a0consists of three main blocks: The first is comprised of a spacious area with columns finished in warm\u00a0Olmo Tattile<\/a>\u00a0wood, functionally incorporating a refrigerator, a wine cellar, and ovens within a cabinet with retractable doors. In the second area, adjacent to the columns, stands the special element of\u00a0Air Logica<\/a>\u00a0in Black Matt Glass, enriched by our remarkable\u00a0V-Motion<\/a>\u00a0mechanism, which further emphasizes the uniqueness of the space. The composition is completed with the elegant suspended\u00a0Genius Loci<\/a>\u00a0drawer, finished in Titanium.<\/p>\n

The central area of the kitchen is dominated by a large\u00a0Genius Loci<\/a> island, featuring the same finishes as base units. Extending from the island is a raised breakfast bar in Olmo Tattile, communicating an extraordinary sense of lightness and elegance to the entire space.<\/p>\n

Despite its considerable length of over 8 linear meters, the substantial volumes achieved with the breakfast bar, the\u00a0Genius Loci<\/a>\u00a0drawer contribute to creating a remarkable sense of lightness and functionality.<\/p>\n
