The international journey of Valcucine Wunderkammer continues and arrives in the United States, adding new stops to this itinerant format which, after India, Turin, Germany and London, continues to involve architects and interior designers in an immersive experience to discover the world of Valcucine.<\/p>\n
The American tour visited five cities \u2013 Seattle, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago and New York \u2013 hosted respectively at the Valcucine Seattle | YSB 2 LLC, Valcucine Los Angeles | DOM Interiors, Valcucine Miami | Hausscape, Valcucine Chicago | Mobili M\u00f6bel and Valcucine New York | DOM Interior<\/strong>s showrooms. Different contexts, yet united by the same vision: not simple exhibition spaces, but places where design is narrated through materials, details, aesthetic research and the culture of living. True contemporary Wunderkammern, capable of expressing Valcucine\u2019s identity through an experience of discovery.<\/p>\n The event unfolded as a progressive journey into the Valcucine philosophy: from the brand\u2019s founding values to ergonomic design, through to the theme of personalisation, a central element of its design vision. A personalisation that stems from the encounter between compositional freedom, technical innovation and artisanal expertise, finding one of its most representative expressions in the Vitrum Arte.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> The highlight of the experience was the workshop dedicated to Vitrum Arte, the glass inlay technique developed by Valcucine that combines innovation and human gesture, technical precision and creative sensitivity.<\/p>\n After discovering the stages of the process and closely observing the artisanal workmanship, guests were invited to take part personally by creating an original drawing. The workshop was guided by three themes linked to the Valcucine universe<\/strong> \u2013 wonder, luxury and freedom \u2013 freely interpreted by each participant according to their own sensitivity and design language.<\/p>\n The result was a collection of different visions, united by the desire to transform an idea into a personal creative gesture.<\/p>\n The drawings created during the events were brought to the company, where they will be transformed into Vitrum Arte works: hand-crafted glass inlays made by Valcucine artisans.<\/strong> Each piece will thus become a unique object, capable of preserving and conveying the experience lived.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div> The project continues beyond the workshop. The works created in the United States will in fact enter the final international competition together with those created during the previous stages in India, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n An ever-evolving collection that will give life to a new Wunderkammer of visions: a place of shared wonder where creativity, identity and design freedom intertwine across different cultures and sensitivities.<\/p>\n The final prize will be a trip for two people to Venice, which will include a visit to Valcucine and a tour dedicated to discovering the network of Venetian artisans and the Valcucine artisanal network.<\/p>\n Stay tuned to discover the next stages.We would like to thank the architects and interior designers who took part in the event, bringing their own perspective and creativity to this experience:![](\"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/B4.jpg\" "\\"B4\\"")
