Thanks to Tavole Accademiche\u00a0students can experience\u00a0their lunch break, not only as a time to feed, but also as an opportunity for training about\u00a0the concepts of quality and environmental, social and economic sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Chefs will also meet students in the classroom of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/2014\/06\/una-valcucine-per-la-nuova-scuola-di-cucina-di-pollenzo\/\">Scuola di Cucina<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0of the prestigious Corte Albertina, conceived by Valcucine with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcucine.it\/cucine\/cerca?program_slug=new-logica-system-cucina\">New Logica System<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcucine.it\/cucine\/cerca?program_slug=riciclantica\">Riciclantica<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.demode.it\/it\/prodotti\/meccanica\">Meccanica<\/a>, in collaboration with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slowfood.it\/\">Slow Food<\/a>.
