{"id":5810,"date":"2017-12-21T17:34:02","date_gmt":"2017-12-21T17:34:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/?p=5810"},"modified":"2017-12-21T17:42:20","modified_gmt":"2017-12-21T17:42:20","slug":"valcucine-eataly-los-angeles-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/en\/2017\/12\/valcucine-eataly-los-angeles-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Valcucine @ Eataly Los Angeles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Valcucine renews its partnership with Eataly by signing the prestigious project for the \u201cSchool\u201d of the new Los Angeles store.<\/p>\n<p>Cooking classes, workshops and food sampling sessions &#8211; designed to give participants a close-up view of the excellence of Italian products &#8211; are held in the classroom, supervised by Lidia Bastianich, an American celebrity chef who stands for the culture of Italian cuisine in the U.S.A.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Scuola_01-e1513809649117.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5746\" src=\"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Scuola_01-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Scuola_01\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The first one to be opened on the west coast of the United States, the new store is located between Beverly Hills and the west of Los Angeles and extends over\u00a0 three storeys amounting to almost 6,000 square metres of theme-based restaurants, street food sellers and the market, which offers over 10,000 top-quality products.<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration between our two companies is based on the fact that we share mutual values, we have a conscious approach towards consumers and the same intention to promote the quality of our products while highlighting the skilled handicraft work that makes them unique.<\/p>\n<p>The layout designed by Valcucine for the Eataly School is a Genius Loci arrangement, a kitchen based on the all-Italian tradition linked to conviviality, quality and the cult of beauty. A distinctive trait of this kitchen consists in putting together different materials such as wood, stone and glass to create a warm and cosy setting.
