Cherry Orchard Residence named after Chekhov\u2019s well-known play \u2018The Cherry Orchard\u2019, has a complex design with 8 buildings and its part of a major urban redevelopment project designed by John McAslan + Partners<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>and interior design by Fortyfour<\/a><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The practice\u2019s international competition-winning design for this landmark mixed-use scheme is on the site of the legendary Mosfilm Film Studios, located in one of Moscow\u2019s most prestigious residential areas.<\/p>\n

Our\u00a0Genius Loci<\/a> <\/span>and Artematica<\/a> <\/span>kitchens have been chosen by the interiorior designer Martins Hermansons of\u00a0Fortyfour<\/a>‘s studio<\/span><\/span> collaborating with our official dealer\u00a0Krassky<\/a><\/span>, for their timeless design, ergonomics, premium materials and sustainable features.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact, the whole project, even called Cherry Orchard garden, is\u00a0immersed in a greenery\u00a0complex. It is in no way inferior to suburban settlements in terms of\u00a0ecology and at the same time is formed in the western part of the center of Moscow.<\/p>\n

As lead architect, masterplanner and landscape architect, John McAslan + Partners\u2019 design explored a timeless and modern architectural language that will establish a contemporary urban living quarter within the Mosfilm City precinct \u2013 a new premier destination for the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Cherry Orchard residence is unique in that it combines all\u00a0the advantages of living outside the city with fast and private viewing\u00a0to the infrastructure of the center of the capital.<\/p>\n

Created in the best traditions of modern European architecture, with natural stone facades and floor-to-ceiling windows, it sets new standards for luxury housing in Moscow.<\/p>\n
