We know how eager you are to play an active role in protecting the environment. You want to know whether the product you are buying was built respecting our environment and health. Numerous companies label their products &#8220;ecological&#8221;. But that means eliminating environmental impact, and nothing manmade is completely without environmental impact. Since there are no laws that actually set standards for what is &#8220;ecological&#8221;, manufacturers use the word as they like, creating confusion and doubts. You have to study a series of factors to understand whether what you\u2019re about to buy was really designed and manufactured with full respect for the environment. How can a manufacturer produce goods with low environmental impact? Well, at Valcucine, for example, we produce eco-compatible products, replacing renewable raw materials. We\u2019ll be describing that in more detail in the following pages.<\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><em>Thanks to our extensive research into material resistance, we have reduced the structure of our kitchen cabinets to the minimum. Our products are the highest expression of design based on the philosophy of dematerialization. The best example is the super-light, multi-layered door of our Riciclantica model. It is made of an aluminum frame designed with ultra-thin walls and a front panel of 2 mm. It is made with construction techniques borrowed from the automotive industry. We also design our counter tops according to the principle of dematerialization. We build them with an aluminum structure and laminate , low-resin or marble surfaces.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_AteacxQ-HzY\/SMYv5LoooRI\/AAAAAAAAAJA\/cHm4MCx56b4\/s1600-h\/PIANO-crist.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5243931475541795090\" style=\"float: right; margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px; cursor: hand;\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_AteacxQ-HzY\/SMYv5LoooRI\/AAAAAAAAAJA\/cHm4MCx56b4\/s320\/PIANO-crist.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"160\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nOggi, anche il settore industriale, ha il dovere di ideare nuove strategie che permettano di produrre in maniera ecocompatibile. \u00c8 risaputo che qualsiasi oggetto creato artificialmente dall&#8217;uomo provoca un impatto ambientale pi\u00f9 o meno grande, ma l&#8217;uomo pu\u00f2 fare molto per ridurlo al minimo. Valcucine, da anni \u00e8 alla continua ricerca di tecnologie innovative, che permettano di produrre con un basso impatto ambientale. \u00c8 riuscita cos\u00ec a realizzare prodotti dematerializzati (riducendo al minimo la quantit\u00e0 di materia e di energia utilizzate), riciclabili (facilitando il reimpiego dei materiali dismessi), durevoli nel tempo (riducendo la produzione di rifiuti). Il lungo lavoro di ricerca sui materiali e sui loro limiti di resistenza, ha permesso a Valcucine di riportare le strutture dei suoi prodotti all&#8217;essenziale, creando degli oggetti che sono la massima espressione di un design basato sulla filosofia della dematerializzazione. L&#8217;esempio pi\u00f9 significativo \u00e8 l&#8217;anta microstratificata e superleggera del programma Riciclantica: \u00e8 composta da un telaio strutturale in alluminio studiato per avere le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/progettazione\/pareti-divisorie\/\">pareti con sezioni minime<\/a>, mantenendo ugualmente intatta la loro solidit\u00e0 e da un pannello estetico di soli 2mm di spessore, realizzato adottando delle tecnologie costruttive proprie del settore automobilistico. Valcucine ha lavorato per dematerializzare anche i piani di lavoro: sono costituiti da un profilo strutturale in alluminio a cui viene abbinato un sottile piano in laminato o in cristalite o in marmo.
