Sono i cibi \u201cveri\u201d, quelli che da sempre rappresentano il quotidiano impegno degli agricoltori e apicoltori biologici del gruppo Alce Nero. Cibi che rappresentano una visione sostenibile, responsabile, valida non solo per l\u2019agricoltura ed il gusto, ma per l\u2019intero modo di produrre e fruire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di questa visione ne parleremo al <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.salonedelgusto.it\/\">Salone del Gusto Terra Madre<\/a><\/strong> (<strong>Torino, 25-29 ottobre<\/strong>) <strong>venerd\u00ec 26 ottobre alle ore 12,00<\/strong> in Sala Arancione. \u201c<strong>Fare cose vere<\/strong>\u201d \u00e8 infatti il tema del dialogo che vedr\u00e0 confrontarsi <strong>Lucio Cavazzoni<\/strong> (presidente di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alceneromielizia.it\/\">Alce Nero e \u00a0Mielizia<\/a>, il pi\u00f9 importante gruppo di agricoltori biologici italiani), <strong>Enrico Fontana<\/strong> (presidente di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liberaterra.org\/\">Libera Terra<\/a> Mediterraneo), \u00a0<strong>Giuliana Zoppis <\/strong>(co-fondatrice <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestup.it\/\">Best Up<\/a>\u00a0con Clara Mantica), circuito per l\u2019abitare sostenibile. Moderer\u00e0 l\u2019incontro <strong>Eric Vassallo<\/strong>, consigliere nazionale <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slowfood.it\/\">Slow Food<\/a>\u00a0ed il nostro presidente\u00a0<strong>Gabriele Centazzo<\/strong>, (anima del manifesto per un nuovo\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rinascimento-italiano.it\/\">Rinascimento Italiano<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cFare cose \u00a0vere \u2013 sottolinea Lucio Cavazzoni nello spiegare il senso dell\u2019appuntamento &#8211; significa produrre senza consumare, senza ingannare, con un nuovo approccio che fa della terra, ma anche delle materie prime industriali, importanti e necessari strumenti da non sprecare o rovinare. E\u2019 fare del lavoro manuale ed artigianale, basato sull&#8217; ingegno e sull&#8217;impegno dell&#8217;uomo, un elemento imprescindibile della ricchezza del prodotto finale. E\u2019 tensione verso una continua innovazione di ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 utile, ma significa anche riutilizzare, nutrire bene e sano, rendere accessibile. E\u2019 l&#8217;etica del non consumare e il segno dell\u2019urgenza di nuove soglie del necessario.
