Ulteriore novit\u00e0 di questo anno \u00e8 l\u2019adesione all\u2019esclusivo circuito \u201cFood and Design\u201d ideato e organizzato da AtCasa.it e Casamica, in collaborazione con Identit\u00e0 Golose.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo showroom Valcucine di Corso Garibaldi 99, dal 10 al 12 Aprile, condivider\u00e0\u00a0 le sue cucine con l\u2019alta ristorazione, ospitando uno degli showcooking organizzati da \u201cFood and Design\u201d. Sar\u00e0 infatti uno cuoco dell\u2019alleanza tra i presidi <strong><a title=\"Presidi Slowfood\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fondazioneslowfood.it\/pagine\/ita\/presidi_italia\/cerca_presidi.lasso?-id_pg=136\" target=\"_blank\">Slowfood <\/a><\/strong>e gli chef italiani come Cesare Battisti del ristorante Ratan\u00e0\u00a0 di Milano, a raccontare la sinergia tra cibo e design, attraverso l\u2019utilizzo dei prodotti Valcucine, pensati per il consumatore finale, ma in grado di supportare e facilitare anche performance culinarie pi\u00f9 impegnative, degne delle cucine professionali.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lo chef, il cui lavoro \u00e8 sempre stato volto al\u00a0 recupero di una cucina tradizionale, ricca di materie prime di stagione, proporr\u00e0 ai visitatori dello showroom Valcucine un risotto con verdure e erbe di primavera fresche, cotte e croccanti.
