prendono forma nel piatto<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Protagonista della serata \u00e8 stato <strong>Gianluca Tomasi, General Manager della Nazionale Italiana Cuochi<\/strong>. L&#8217;evento si \u00e8 svolto a pochi giorni dalla vittoria della medaglia d&#8217;oro al Global Chefs Challenge 2026 Senior di Newport, in Galles, un importante riconoscimento che ha riportato l&#8217;Italia ai vertici della gastronomia internazionale e che vede proprio Tomasi tra le figure chiave del percorso della Nazionale Italiana Cuochi.<\/p>\n<p>Per l&#8217;occasione, lo chef, affiancato dal team di <strong>Italian Taste Lodovichi Banqueting<\/strong> che ha curato il servizio, ha ideato un menu capace di interpretare attraverso il linguaggio del gusto i valori alla base del progetto. I welcome bites hanno raccontato la sostenibilit\u00e0 con una capasanta accompagnata da salsa bianca al Chartreuse, olio al corallo e polvere di cipolla nera; il benessere attraverso un morbido di zucchine e ricotta di capra con piselli alla menta e asparagi al limone; il valore senza tempo con uno stoccafisso mantecato servito con crema di patate, seppie e olio al
