della cucina d&#8217;autore di <strong>Chez Valcucine<\/strong>, trasformandosi per una sera in un raffinato ristorante gourmet e accogliendo professionisti del mondo dell&#8217;architettura, dell&#8217;interior design e ospiti provenienti da diversi ambiti creativi e culturali.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;evento \u00e8 stato anche l&#8217;occasione per celebrare il recente ampliamento dello showroom, inaugurato un anno fa e gi\u00e0 protagonista di una significativa crescita che ne conferma il ruolo di riferimento nel panorama romano del design e della progettazione d&#8217;interni.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;appuntamento rientra nel calendario di Chez Valcucine, il progetto sviluppato da <strong>Zelo Networking di Lorenza Dalla Pozza<\/strong> insieme a Valcucine e <a mare in tre atti <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Protagonista della serata \u00e8 stato lo Chef Federico Delmonte, fondatore e anima del ristorante <strong>Acciuga<\/strong>, realt\u00e0 riconosciuta per una cucina di mare contemporanea che mette al centro stagionalit\u00e0, selezione quotidiana al mercato e massimo rispetto della materia prima.<\/p>\n<p>Per Chez Valcucine, Delmonte ha ideato un menu concepito come un racconto di mare in tre atti, interpretando attraverso il linguaggio del gusto i valori che guidano il progetto.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div forma in un piatto di calamaro, pesca, lampascioni, crema di capra e issopo, mentre il benessere \u00e8 stato raccontato attraverso riso integrale, acciughe di Sciacca, pomodorini e caciocavallo. La sostenibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 stata invece espressa da una panzanella con cetriolo, sedano, carota, cavolo cappuccio e cuore di tonno, valorizzando ingredienti semplici e una cucina attenta all&#8217;utilizzo consapevole delle materie prime.<\/p>\n<p>A chiudere l\u2019esperienza culinaria, il dessert dedicato al valore senza tempo: cremoso al limone, genziana, aceto balsamico e liquirizia.
