{"id":3423,"date":"2013-11-21T13:59:37","date_gmt":"2013-11-21T13:59:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/?p=3423"},"modified":"2013-11-21T13:59:37","modified_gmt":"2013-11-21T13:59:37","slug":"cibo-oggi-la-citta-che-cambia-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/2013\/11\/cibo-oggi-la-citta-che-cambia-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CIBO OGGI &#8211; La citt\u00e0 che cambia #2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Il 26 novembre 2013<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>alle ore 19,00<\/strong> avr\u00e0 luogo presso lo <strong>showroom di\u00a0Valcucine Milano Brera<\/strong>,<strong> CIBO OGGI<\/strong>, il secondo dei 6 appuntamenti previsti per il progetto chiamato \u201cLa citt\u00e0 che cambia\u201d: un ciclo di incontri che prosegue un percorso iniziato lo scorso anno con l\u2019obiettivo di indagare attraverso diverse esperienze la trasformazione che la citt\u00e0 sta vivendo.<\/p>\n<p>La citt\u00e0 che cambia \u00e8 un format lanciato da Valcucine nel 2012, volto a indagare le dinamiche di trasformazione della citt\u00e0, in relazione ai contenuti dei progetti che la coinvolgono.<br \/>\nPer questa nuova edizione l&#8217;attenzione \u00e8 focalizzata sul tema dell&#8217;Expo 2015: Nutrire il pianeta, Energia per la vita.<\/p>\n<p>Infatti, il primo dei sei incontri, <strong>EXPOsure<\/strong>, ha aperto il dialogo con il grande evento e la citt\u00e0. Un primo appuntamento durante il quale Giuseppe Sala &#8211; AD Expo 2015 &#8211; e Andrea Segr\u00e9 &#8211; presidente di Last Minute Market &#8211; hanno presentato il quadro generale che si prospetter\u00e0 nei prossimi mesi per la citt\u00e0 e di quali potranno essere le opportunit\u00e0 da cogliere e sostenere per gli anni a seguire.<br \/>\nCos\u00ec, durante il secondo incontro, CIBO OGGI, si far\u00e0 il punto sulla realt\u00e0 attuale dell\u2019universo alimentare, del ruolo del cibo sullo sviluppo della citt\u00e0; a cominciare dall&#8217;organizzazione degli spazi di incontro e di ristoro; di come cambier\u00e0 la distribuzione in relazione anche alle nuove abitudini alimentari, ai nuovi assetti della citt\u00e0 stessa.
