{"id":3713,"date":"2014-06-13T08:46:08","date_gmt":"2014-06-13T08:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/?p=3713"},"modified":"2016-05-11T20:15:45","modified_gmt":"2016-05-11T20:15:45","slug":"una-valcucine-per-la-nuova-scuola-di-cucina-di-pollenzo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/2014\/06\/una-valcucine-per-la-nuova-scuola-di-cucina-di-pollenzo\/","title":{"rendered":"Una Valcucine per la nuova Scuola di Cucina di Pollenzo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nella prestigiosa sede della Corte Albertina di Pollenzo, adiacente alle due strutture dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Scienze Gastronomiche, in occasione dei festeggiamenti per i 10 anni, inaugura la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unisg.it\/sostenitori-scuola-di-cucina\/\">Scuola di Cucina di Pollenzo<\/a>, ideata in collaborazione con Slow Food.<\/p>\n<p>Da sempre partner dell\u2019eccellenza <em>Made in Italy<\/em> che pone la qualit\u00e0 della vita, l\u2019artigianalit\u00e0 e il rispetto dell\u2019ambiente al centro del proprio modo di far impresa, Valcucine \u00e8 stata chiamata da Slow Food ad arredarne gli spazi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">E\u2019 una partnership che ha nel DNA la condivisione di valori comuni: da oltre trent\u2019anni, infatti, la filosofia Valcucine pone particolare attenzione alle tematiche ambientali, realizzando prodotti innovativi e funzionali, in cui il concetto di eco-sostenibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 sempre al centro del progetto. Nascono cos\u00ec cucine in cui l\u2019estetica e la forte creativit\u00e0 sono comunque al servizio dei bisogni dell\u2019utente, all\u2019insegna della funzionalit\u00e0, dell\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/progettazione\/ergonomia\/\">ergonomia e della sicurezza<\/a> per la salute garantendo la migliore esperienza in cucina<\/p>\n<p>Proprio per queste motivazioni sono stati scelti<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcucine.it\/cucine\/cerca?program_slug=new-logica-system-cucina\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> New Logica System<\/span><\/a><\/span>, il rivoluzionario sistema ergonomico di contenimento e aperture progettato da Gabriele Centazzo; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.valcucine.it\/cucine\/cerca?program_slug=riciclantica\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Riciclantica <\/span><\/a><\/span>la cucina con l\u2019anta pi\u00f9 dematerializzata al mondo che con la sua leggerezza garantisce la maggiore durata delle cerniere e grazie al pannello di soli 2mm di spessore un minor impatto ambientale; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.demode.it\/it\/prodotti\/meccanica\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Meccanica <\/span><\/a><\/span>di demode (engineered by Valcucine) un programma dall&#8217;intelaiatura leggera, i cui singoli elementi strutturali si uniscono tra loro attraverso giunzioni meccaniche. Nessun utilizzo di colle e, dunque, nessuna traccia di formaldeide.<\/p>\n<p>Nell\u2019aula della Scuola di Cucina di Pollenzo si terranno corsi di Cucina Slow: un Master in Cucina Popolare Italiana di Qualit\u00e0 e un Master in the Slow Art of Italian Cuisine.
