{"id":3997,"date":"2015-04-10T07:36:39","date_gmt":"2015-04-10T07:36:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/?p=3997"},"modified":"2023-03-27T11:59:52","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T11:59:52","slug":"installazione-tempting-art","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.valcucine.com\/magazine\/2015\/04\/installazione-tempting-art\/","title":{"rendered":"Installazione Tempting Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u201c<em>Non si gioca con il cibo!<\/em>\u201d- il rimprovero che abbiamo sentito tante volte durante l\u2019infanzia viene allegramente messo da parte per questo nuovo progetto: cosa succede se spostiamo l\u2019atto del cucinare fuori dal suo spazio abituale, trasportandolo nel mondo del design?<br \/>\nLa cucina diventa il terreno di gioco per veri \u201cbuongustai\u201d!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per VALCUCINE,\u00a0Maurizio Galante e Tal Lancman\u00a0hanno invitato 22 ospiti a cimentarsi in una vera e propria sfida culinaria: inventare ciascuno un proprio piatto. Prendendo in prestito elementi molteplici e differenti, architetti, creativi pubblicitari, fotografi, pittori, designer industriali e artisti specializzati in \u201carte commestibile\u201d hanno realizzato un progetto che ruota intorno ad una gamma completa di sapori, con un menu immaginario di tre portate, da divorare innanzitutto con gli occhi, e poi come cibo per la mente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ampia variet\u00e0 di comfort food esistente rispecchia e illustra perfettamente il mondo in cui viviamo. Tutto e tutti sono concentrati sull\u2019essere assolutamente seducenti, appropriati,resistenti, rilevanti e importanti. Una filosofia abbondantemente riflessa in molti settori, come l\u2019arte, il design e l\u2019architettura. Vogliamo che un\u2019opera d\u2019arte, un divano, un\u2019auto o una cucina siano super-attraenti, deliziosi, sfrontatamente lussuosi e irresistibili come una caramella.<\/p>\n<p>Questi canoni estetici sono talmente diffusi da essere tornati al loro ambito d\u2019origine, e sono espressi attraverso il food design, ovvero il regno dei \u201c<em>gourmet<\/em>\u201d. La nuova generazione di chef ha cos\u00ec elevato l\u2019arte della seduzione, creando piatti che sono una delizia per gli occhi e ridefiniscono le tendenze del consumo. Ben oltre il puro impatto estetico, elaborano per noi esperienze &#8220;<em>take-away<\/em>&#8221; davvero memorabili, che provocano riflessioni e invitano alla conversazione.<\/p>\n<p>La mostra Tempting Art si basa sulla concezione del cibo quale misura di riferimento del consumo; il cibo come la creazione pi\u00f9 importante, che gioca un ruolo intrinseco e complesso in ci\u00f2 che consumiamo.<\/p>\n<p>Irresistibilmente appetitosi, i \u201cgioielli commestibili\u201d ideati dai nostri invitati regalano un\u2019emozione squisita e rievocano gli indimenticabili desideri infantili di lecca-lecca e torte alla marmellata. Questo menu immaginario di tre portate vi delizier\u00e0, vi ispirer\u00e0 e vi far\u00e0 sorridere!
