La Scuola ospiter\u00e0, infatti, i corsi di cucina per aficionados ed esperti di cibo italiano che avranno a disposizione lo spazio come laboratorio di idee e di pratica, la cui didattica \u00e8 stata affidata a Lidia Bastianich, da tre decenni un punto di riferimento della divulgazione della cultura gastronomica italiana oltreoceano.
