The first stage of the world tour of Logica Celata – the end product of brilliant research into making over space and reinventing ergonomics – starts on the rooftop terrace of the exclusive Rinascente department store where Valcucine has been the undisputed star on the night of Tuesday, 9th April on the coolest terrace of the city, overlooking the Cathedral. An exclusive location and a just as exclusive project with the best Italian bar partners: Campari Soda, Illy, Bastianich and Nonino. Logica Celata will be showcased at the centre of the Valcucine Brera flagship store. For the whole week, the bar will open its doors with the same bar partners in this area of Milan famous for its aperitifs. The kitchen version, which completes the models available for Logica Celata together with the preparation version, will also be presented.
Each configuration was showcased with solutions and accessories designed for specific requirements: everything is ready to be used as efficiently as possible and then disappear completely when no longer needed.
Once closed, Logica Celata becomes an elegant piece of furniture that is further enhanced by surfaces customised using the special Vitrum Arte technique, developed by Valcucine to reproduce inlaid designs on glass.
Just like a compelling picture, an advert created in the 70s for Campari Soda by Franz Marangolo, an illustrator from Milan, is freely interpreted on the front of the bar in a playful style that expresses all the love of life typical of that decade.
“2019 is the year in which Logica Celata will be presented in the world’s most significant cities: starting from Milan it will then be showcased in London, Paris, Frankfurt, New York,Chicago, Toronto, Miami, Mumbai and Tokyo.” says Valcucine’s CEO Giuseppe Di Nuccio.“By the end of this year, 50 prestigious locations will have launched this exclusive project – starting from the Valcucine Brera flagship store in Corso Garibaldi 99.”
In this exclusive event, Valcucine met a lot of guest from the world of business, fashion, style, show business and design such as Luigi Berlusconi, Federica Fumagalli, Carlotta e Valentina Menarini, Eleonora Pedron, Lavinia Guglielman, Dino Passeri, Amanda Baldan, Vincenzo Sabatino, Klaus Davi, Francesco Librizzi, Gian Enrico Gilardi, Alessia Margiotta Broglio and many others.
Right in the Valcucine Milano Brera flagship store there were two spaces enriching the Design Week in terms of innovation and eco-sustainability i.e. values that have always been the brand’s hallmark. The first is an island installation, unique in its kind, revealing a textured pairing of ceramic and glass patented by Valcucine. The second regards the 20th anniversary of Bioforest, the organization founded on the desire to promote a production culture that is more aware of environmental issues, to tangibly contribute to the restoration and protection of natural resources.
