In Brazil, a new chapter of Valcucine Wunderkammer
The international journey of Valcucine Wunderkammer continues in Brazil, at Valcucine Brasil | Habitat Naturale, where architects and interior designers were invited to take part in an experience dedicated to the brand's design culture and to the value of customisation.
The event offered an opportunity to explore some of the principles that define the Valcucine world, from ergonomic design and research to the possibility of creating unique solutions through an ongoing dialogue between innovation, creative freedom and craftsmanship.
Once again, Vitrum Arte provided a tangible expression of this approach. This glass inlay technique brings the human gesture into the design process, transforming each interpretation into a unique and unrepeatable work.

When creativity takes shape
At the heart of the experience was a workshop dedicated to Vitrum Arte. After discovering the technique and the different stages involved in its creation, guests were invited to explore it through a hands-on creative activity.
Starting from the three themes of “wonder”, “luxury” and “freedom”, each participant created an original drawing, freely interpreting one of the three concepts through their own personal perspective.
The result was a collection of different signs, visual languages and expressions, reflecting the diversity of perspectives brought together during the experience. An exercise connecting imagination and craftsmanship, showing how an idea can take on a new form through artisanal expertise.
The drawings created in Brazil will now be transformed by Valcucine artisans into Vitrum Arte works: hand-crafted glass inlays that will subsequently be returned to their authors.

From Brazil to Venice: an international Wunderkammer
The works created during each event become part of a collection that grows alongside the tour, bringing together interpretations from different countries and cultural contexts.
The works created in Brazil will also take part in the final international competition, alongside those produced during the other stages of Valcucine Wunderkammer. Together, these different visions are gradually shaping a Wunderkammer made not only of objects, but above all of personal interpretations of the concepts of wonder, luxury and freedom.
At the end of the journey, the winner of the competition will receive a trip for two to Venice, with the opportunity to visit Valcucine and discover the network of artisans who collaborate with the company, gaining first-hand insight into a heritage of skills, craftsmanship and knowledge.
Our thanks go to all the architects and interior designers who took part in the Brazilian stage, contributing their own interpretations and creativity to Valcucine's international Wunderkammer.
Stay tuned to discover the next stages of the journey.
