From design to wonder: Valcucine Wunderkammer arrives in London

The journey of Valcucine Wunderkammer continues and arrives in London, adding a new chapter to an international path that, after India, Turin and Germany, keeps engaging architects and interior designers in a direct and participatory experience.

The event was hosted at Fontana Design as Art, a space that for the occasion was transformed into a place for dialogue and storytelling: a setting able to express design culture, aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail, fully aligned with the Valcucine vision.

The format unfolds as a progressive journey into the Valcucine world: from discovering the brand's values and design philosophy to exploring the theme of customization, a key element that gives shape to unique solutions. A customization born from the encounter between design, technical research and craftsmanship, finding one of its most meaningful expressions in the Vitrum Arte technique.

Vitrum Arte: the value of the creative gesture

The most engaging moment of the event was the workshop dedicated to Vitrum Arte. After observing the different stages of the process — a craft requiring precision, manual skill and care — guests were invited to personally interpret the value of making.

Starting from three themes — wonder, luxury and freedom — each participant created an original drawing, transforming their own vision into a personal sign. The result was a plurality of interpretations, reflecting different sensitivities and design languages.

The drawings created during the workshop will return to their authors as Vitrum Arte pieces: handcrafted glass inlays made by Valcucine artisans, unique works that preserve and give back the experience lived.

A Wunderkammer in progress

The experience does not end with the event. The works created in London, together with those born during the previous stages — in India, Turin and Germany — will converge into a final international competition. A collection that will give life to a new Wunderkammer: a place of shared wonder, in constant evolution, intertwining visions, identities and creative freedom.

Stay tuned to discover the next stages.
