New Hope D10: where calm meets the city

Designed by United Design Group (UDG), the project offers a contemporary take on the dialogue between people, nature, and technology, turning verticality into a fluid, harmonious living experience.

Inspired by the “Tianfu Pearl”, an emblem of local culture and a metaphor for the value born from harmony between nature and human ingenuity, the complex stands out for its sculptural architecture, where curves and straight lines merge in a refined balance. Like a pearl that holds light and time, the building reflects an idea of measured, enduring beauty.

The three-dimensional glass façades, ceramic textures, and metallic details recall the mountain landscapes and the emerald lakes of Huanglong, restoring continuity between city and nature. Light, the leading element, flows through the spaces, creating a vibrant, ever-changing rhythm in tune with the city's energy.
