The showroom currently features an impressive Genius Loci island that combines front panels and worktops in two materials: matte and glossy slate glass alongside Cardoso stone. The aged Oak wood counter and the Logica Theca storage unit, also in Cardoso stone, along with the flush-mounted Genius Loci drawers, some of them suspended, create a play of volumes that make this island almost sculptural. The group of Artematica columns in aged brass conceals a series of ovens in a retractable cabinet, a large-format refrigerator and freezer, and a pantry. Situated in a highly frequented area of Paseo de la Castellana, this display allows visitors, including numerous passersby who stop in front of the showcase, to quickly perceive the unique personality of Valcucine’s offerings. Four pure materials—glass, stone, metal, and wood—are showcased in a single kitchen, reflecting one of Valcucine’s longstanding commitments: freedom and the use of different materials from the usual.
