RESISTANT
Vitrum is the result of specific tests and treatments designed to put the material to the test and improve its performance. Thanks to the tempering treatment, the glass becomes five times more resistant than normal glass and, in the event of total breakage, shatters into tiny, non-sharp pieces.

MATERIAL AND DESIGN
Valcucine’s research on glass has led to the development of design solutions oriented toward reducing the amount of material used and ensuring long-term durability. In systems such as Invitrum, the use of glass and aluminum, both recyclable materials, goes hand in hand with a design approach based on dematerialization and oriented toward disassembly and the separation of components at the end of the life cycle.

PRACTICAL, EASY TO CLEAN AND DURABLE
In addition to its aesthetic qualities, glass offers high resistance to stains and limescale. The non-porous surface is easy to clean and does not absorb liquids, helping to preserve its aesthetic and functional characteristics over time.

LONG-LASTING COLORS
Valcucine has undertaken extensive research to achieve uniform, long-lasting shades. Studies and technical expertise have led to the development of painting cycles designed to ensure excellent adhesion to glass and color stability over time.

WATER-BASED PAINTING
To protect the glass surface and preserve the quality of the color over time, Valcucine uses water-based painting cycles that reduce the use of organic solvents compared to traditional solvent-based cycles. A technical choice that combines aesthetic quality with attention to the materials and substances used in the finishing process.

CUSTOMISABLE

Our glass is available in a wide range of colours and three finishes: gloss, matt and with etched areas.
