Vitrum Velato
“Now you see me, now you don’t”
Elegant and visually striking, Vitrum Velato is a semi-transparent glass that partially reveals the contents of the cabinet without fully exposing them. This solution blends aesthetics with functionality: revealing just enough, it removes the need to keep interiors perfectly tidy at all times. In addition to the play of transparencies and reflections, Vitrum Velato adds a sense of lightness to the kitchen design.
For the Tactile Vitrum Velato version a special technique is employed to process glass and create an elegant surface, alternating smooth, satin-finish areas with contrasting gloss ones. Having etched only certain areas makes the glass surfaces vibrate under your fingertips for a unique sensorial experience.
The Matt Cut Vitrum Velato version introduces a delicate geometric engraving with a subtle relief effect, inspired by the rigour of Rationalist design language. The micro-pattern gives the surface a tactile presence without compromising its visual lightness, enhancing depth and materiality through a refined interplay of light and a pleasant tactile experience.
