Kingdom Villa, designed by MOOOMA Design Studio and Eva Liu, is a bold integration of modernity and art, located in the heart of Shanghai. The villa’s design revolves around a fluid spatial concept, with a sculptural staircase linking the three levels of the home. The kitchen stands out as a central element, flooded with natural light through large windows and skylights. At the heart of the kitchen is the Artematica island, crafted in glossy White Cloud glass, providing both visual lightness and purity. The Floating Breakfast Bar emphasizes suspension and fluidity. The Air Logica Special Element is seamlessly integrated into the wall, offering a unique storage solution that slides open to reveal a backlit panel, amplifying the sense of space. The glossy White Vitrum surfaces contribute to a fresh, luminous atmosphere, while the glass boiserie adds continuity to the design. A standout feature is the Genius Loci drawer, featuring an intricate pyramid motif carved from wood using ancient artisanal techniques. Art by Bernard Frize and Xu Zhen further enhance the chromatic atmosphere. Every detail, from the sculptural staircase to the dining table, echoes the concept of living within an art gallery, where design and function are intricately balanced.
