For daily cleaning purposes use water and neutral soap, making sure you lather the surface thoroughly, rinse it and then dry it immediately.
You can clean the surface with a cloth dipped in vinegar or a limescale-remover, but only in the event of limescale stains. Rinse immediately and then dry very carefully.
To keep your surface in pristine condition it is advisable to use soft, non-abrasive sponges and cloths.
It is advisable to remove spills as soon as possible.

Avoid prolonged contact with strong-coloured substances like wine, ink, coffee etc. that may create irremovable stains.
Avoid using ammonia or bleach-based products.
Never use metal scouring pads, abrasive substances or powder detergents that may scratch the surface.
Natural stones, by their nature, have different technical characteristics and may absorb substances they come into contact with differently, making them prone to staining. Because they can be slightly absorbent, Valcucine applies a special water- and oil-repellent treatment to all natural stone surfaces, enhancing their resistance to stains. To maintain the effectiveness of this treatment, it is advisable to apply a transparent stain-protective product specifically designed for natural stone at least once a year, available from our authorized dealers. For each type of natural stone, we invite you to consult our Guidelines to take care of and clean surfaces.
