The Cherry Orchard residential project in Moscow is an exclusive complex made up of eight buildings, located in the area of the legendary Mosfilm studios. Designed by the British architectural firm John McAslan + Partners, in collaboration with the interior design studio Fortyfour, the project aims to create a contemporary urban neighborhood that combines luxury, sustainability, and harmony with nature.
Valcucine kitchens, in the Genius Loci and Artematica models, were chosen for their timeless design, ergonomics, high-quality materials, and sustainable features. Designed by Gabriele Centazzo, the kitchens feature innovative solutions such as the island with a Pietra del Cardoso countertop and Tactile Walnut doors, perfectly integrated into the living spaces.
The complex spans five hectares of landscaped land, surrounded by hundreds of hectares of greenery, offering a peaceful and quiet environment. Residents can enjoy numerous amenities, including gardens, playgrounds, sports areas, a private kindergarten, cafés, a gym, and a pool with fitness and spa areas. Cherry Orchard represents a model of sustainable urban living, seamlessly integrated with the surrounding natural environment.
