Headland Residences, Chai Wan (Hong Kong)
The Headland Residences is a prestigious residential development in Chai Wan, built by Swire Properties and China Motor Bus Company, Limited. The complex consists of three towers with 850 units, spread over an area of 700,000 square feet, ranging in size from 400 to 1,400 square feet. The project will be completed in several phases, with the first occupancy permit expected in 2025. Located on the east coast of Hong Kong Island, the project combines the convenience of urban living with the privilege of direct access to nature. Valcucine supplied the mock-up kitchen, emphasising the project’s commitment to quality and design.
