Artematica Concept 30th Anniversary

Stone and glass meet in the preview of a new Artematica layout

This exclusive project by Artematica is inspired by the poetry of ancient stone fountains. A single piece created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the first kitchen made of glass and produced by Valcucine.
A distinctive feature is the large sink made from a single block of hollowed out Cardoso stone. Since the tap is installed on the bridging framework above the sink, the water looks as if it is magically flowing out of a suspended fountain; a stylistic choice that conveys a feeling of supreme lightness. The transparency of the glass that faces the doors and end panels rivals for attention with the solidity of stone.
The timeless beauty of the material is set off by Graphic Vitrum, a special digital printing technique on glass that is shown here in the butterfly wings texture inspired by nature. A perfect synthesis of full and empty volumes, the arrangement is set off by the light whose source is inside the carcass, creating a strong visual impact.
